Lizard King Mushroom Strain

The P. Cubensis strain known as Microdose Mushroom—Lizard King Magic Mushrooms (Psilocybe Cubensis, Lizard King) is named for the individual who found it in Northern Mexico. Although it is difficult to pinpoint the actual origin of this strain of mushrooms, the name does allude to and represent the counterculture movement of the 1960s. The Lizard King was Jim Morrison, the notorious lead singer of the American rock group The Doors. He was given this moniker because he was raised in areas of New Mexico where he was exposed to a variety of desert animals, including snakes and lizards. The Lizard was his Lizard King mushrooms, which are known to grow quickly and have rapid growth flushes. The potency of its effects is reported to be between average and above average.
